5/5/2008 -- Track/FieldGrizzly women win three events to be in position for RMAC titleGUNNISON, Colo.— Winning efforts by senior Michelle Nelson (Albuquerque, N.M.) and sophomore Amanda Gylling (La Jara, Colo.) in the field and another from Ashley Quintana (Pecos, N.M.) on the track have put the Adams State College Grizzlies in strong position for a fifth straight Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference Outdoor Track & Field Title as they earned a total of 12 spots in Tuesday’s finals of the sprints while scoring 56 team points in the first seven completed events of the 2008 RMAC Championships, here in Western State College’s Mountaineer Bowl.... |
